House Rules

1. NO Animals allowed in our home due to a severe health condition!   Animals are also not allowed to be on property period. 

2. Due to a severe allergy our home need to remain a Cashew Free home this is specifically for Cashews only.  Please Do NOT bring in any cashews to eat in our home.  The dust left behind from the nuts on furniture, towels, and bedding can cause a reaction.  

3. NO smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars or marijuana use in our home.  If you must smoke this is only allowed in the driveway away from the porch and doorway.  Butts are not to be thrown on the ground or in our driveway.

4. NO parties! Only the guests listed on the registration is allowed to be on the property and stay in the home. NO extra guest will be accepted once confirmation has been approved. A copy of each adults drivers license will be required when booking.  If this is not received the booking will be cancelled.  

5. There is a shoe rack provided in the coat closet as you enter for your convenience. During the winter months you will find a rubber mat in this coat closet to place your wet or snowy shoes on as well.

6.  Maximum of 2 cars are allowed to park in our driveway when booking a stay at our home.  Street parking is not allowed.

7.  This is a home we stay in ourselves so any missing or severely stained items you will be charged for after your departure.  Do Not take our infant equipment with you when departing.  This is stored in the home for our next guests.

8.  We request any used dished be placed in the dishwasher and started prior to departure.  Pots and pans are to be hand washed only.  DO NOT put away dirty dishes and pans.  This is will evoke an extra fee for deep cleaning. Please place trash in the trash bin located next to the garage.

9.  If you are staying with children please supervise them.  No jumping on furniture or beds.  

10. Must be 25 years old or older to book this property.
